The single position computerized traverse winder has a cantilevered 3" air shaft and pneumatic actuated layon roll. The computerized, fully adjustable, servo driven traverse will vary pitch, stoke length, end dwell and a variety of winding patterns including Level, Taper, Index and Magnum spools entered from an Operator Keypad with Smartwinders® software.

Product guides are mounted on a "quick release" axle for slit width changes. The rotary motion AC vector drive has a speed range to 1000 FPM with constant velocity circuitry.
